OUR STORY

As an officer for over 20 years, I have had the honor of attending the memorial services for our fallen heroes. During these moments of gratitude for their sacrifice for the safety of our community, I looked into the eyes of those in mourning and grieving for our beloved friends and family. I felt it an honor to salute the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our communities they love so dearly but I longed for something more that I could do to honor and respect our brothers and sisters.

WHY MOURNING BANDS

I began to notice that the uniform attire has changed over the years and cloth badges are more prevalent on formal gear. As an officer, I did not have a respectful option to wrap the badge for ceremony, but often resorted to tape or other means to cover the badge. I began to think that there must be a better option for functionality as uniforms change to less formal regalia to be able to neatly display the mourning stripes. Our company was formed out of a desire to pay respect and give honor to those officers fallen and those emergency responders currently serving

WHY SUPPORT BANDS

As a Civilian I feel an immense pride in supporting our Uniform First Responder's, as I looked for ways to support the lives they gave and sacrificed for me and my family on a daily basis. I could not find anything that could represent this pride that I could demonstrate my respect. I proudly wear our Support Bands not only during times of Mourning but also to represent the position that they in our lives.
